Mix several teaspoons of baking soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) with fresh lemon juice or water to make a paste. This mixture will gently scrub away surface stains to return teeth to a whiter shade.

Using tissue to wipe extra saliva off your teeth and then applying a good amount of paste on your teeth by using toothbrush. Leave it there for one minute (if mixture using lemon juice) or three minutes (if using water) and then rinse it. Do not let the paste with lemon juice on teeth in a long time to avoid the acid affecting enamel.

These remedies cannot whiten your teeth as instant as the commercial products. However, no matter which solution you will choose for your teeth, please try to avoid dark drinks such as coke and coffee because they can stain your teeth.
